1. El servicio
Poll with AI permite a administradores crear estudios y cuestionarios, invitar encuestadores y obtener entrevistas validadas con inteligencia artificial. Lo presta PROVISION TIME S.A.S. (900.614.447-9).
2. Cuentas
Cada cuenta es personal. Usted debe verificar su correo, mantener segura su contraseña y, en cuentas de gestión, activar la verificación en dos pasos. Podemos suspender cuentas usadas para fraude o abuso.
3. Administradores
El administrador acepta las tarifas vigentes de su plan antes de crear estudios. Los resultados se habilitan cuando la factura de la plataforma y las liquidaciones de los encuestadores están pagadas. El administrador es responsable de contar con la base legal para el estudio y de pagar a sus encuestadores lo pactado.
4. Encuestadores
El encuestador acepta las condiciones de cada estudio (pago, cupo, zonas y plazos) y presta el servicio con autonomía. Las entrevistas deben ser reales, con consentimiento del entrevistado y sin manipulación; la IA y el administrador pueden declararlas inválidas con justificación, y el encuestador puede apelar.
5. Uso aceptable
No se permite: falsear entrevistas o ubicaciones, entrevistar menores sin autorización, recoger datos sensibles sin base legal, intentar acceder a datos de otros, automatizar el uso de la app ni copiar o modificar el software.
6. Propiedad intelectual
El software, la marca y los diseños son de PROVISION TIME S.A.S.. Los cuestionarios y resultados pertenecen al administrador y a su cliente.
7. Responsabilidad
La IA puede equivocarse; las decisiones finales sobre validez y pagos tienen revisión humana disponible. El servicio se presta «como está», con los límites de responsabilidad que permite la ley colombiana.

Poll with AI lets administrators create studies and questionnaires, invite interviewers and obtain interviews validated with artificial intelligence. It is provided by PROVISION TIME S.A.S. (900.614.447-9).
2. Accounts
Each account is personal. You must verify your email, keep your password safe and, for management accounts, turn on two-step verification. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
3. Administrators
Administrators accept the current fees of their plan before creating studies. Results are unlocked once the platform invoice and the interviewers' settlements are paid. Administrators are responsible for having a legal basis for the study and for paying their interviewers as agreed.
4. Interviewers
Interviewers accept each study's terms (pay, quota, zones and deadlines) and work independently. Interviews must be real, with the respondent's consent and without manipulation; the AI and the administrator may declare them invalid with a justification, and the interviewer may appeal.
5. Acceptable use
It is not allowed to fake interviews or locations, interview minors without consent, collect sensitive data without a legal basis, try to access other people's data, automate use of the app, or copy or modify the software.
6. Intellectual property
The software, brand and designs belong to PROVISION TIME S.A.S.. Questionnaires and results belong to the administrator and their client.
7. Liability
AI can make mistakes; human review is available for final decisions on validity and payments. The service is provided "as is", within the liability limits allowed by Colombian law.
